Captain America: Civil War Success At International Box Office




Captain America: Civil War was a huge success at the international box office, bringing in $200.2 million on its opening weekend.

The film—which debuts domestically May 6—is expected to have a similarly huge opening weekend in North America. Captain America: Civil War is currently on track to earn $175 million, with some analysts predicting the film could even hit $200 million next weekend.
Disney distribution chief Dave Hollis told Variety. "We expect a lot of repeat business."
